Meetings will be held virtually every Monday for 6 weeks from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM starting October 6th, 2025.
The facilitator is a fellow mom of a less than 2 year old named Elizabeth Angueira, MA, LCMHCA, NCC. Check out her profile to learn more about her.
As with all groups, to give everyone space and time to share, we do cap the the number of members. To secure your spot, sign up soon! Early bird specials end September 26th, 2025.
To help our group work best, we ask everyone to come to each session. When people attend regularly, the group builds trust and connection, and we don't have to catch anyone up on what they missed. You'll be charged for each group session to hold your spot, even if you can't make it that week. This helps keep the group stable and moving forward together.

Pricing
Group sessions can be charged one of three ways:
The cost per session, if paid weekly, is $60. This is charged each time the group meets.
If all sessions are paid for in advance or by the date of the first meeting, the total cost is $300 ($50/session).
Payments can also be made in two equal payments of $165 ($55/session). The first payment will be due on the date of the 1st session & the second will be due on the date of the 4th session.
Early Bird prices will run through September 26th, 2025 and are as follows:
$270 if paid in full at the time of sign up prior to September 26th
Two equal payments of $150, if the first payment is paid at the time of the sign up prior to September 26th
This group is appropriate for mothers of children aged 24 months or less who are looking for skills and support. If you are in crisis or need more than once a week support, we also offer individual counseling options. New groups will be coming in 2026 for moms of various other ages as well!
