Meet our Counseling Team

We value our counselors in order to provide the best value to you. One way we do this is by pairing our counselors with clients they really enjoy working with (one size does not fit all in either direction). This also means that we carefully vet our counselors so you can trust that we know how to help you & we want to see you THRIVE.

Online or in-person — It’s your choice: Connect however you feel comfortable, whether that’s virtual or face-to-face

  • We provide counseling for ages 5 and up. This includes individuals, couples, and families. We understand that people live in constant interaction with others and work to facilitate an environment where clients can feel comfortable bringing in their loved ones as needed.

  • We currently are able to schedule appointments as early as next day, if desired.

  • Our initial consult is to get some more information about you and what you need in order to match you with a counselor that can best help you and answer any questions you may have.

  • When we speak for your FREE 15-minute consultation, we will ask for your insurance information. From there, we will be able to determine if you are in-network and what your cost per session would be, if any. If we are in-network, we will handle the rest for you from there.

  • If we are not yet in network with your insurance company, we have a couple of options. For one, we currently offer a reduced rate for individuals who are unable to pay our cash rate. Additionally, we offer something called a SuperBill for individuals paying our full rate. This is a form you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement using your Out-of-Network benefits. Make sure you contact your insurance carrier to better understand their process and eligibility for this.

  • Our rate for individual counseling is $150 per 55-minute session and our rate for couples or family counseling is $175 for a 55-minute session.
